1. Services

imagescheck delivers high-quality visual enhancement for headshots and portrait photography. All services are performed remotely unless otherwise agreed.

2. Fees and Payment

To schedule any service, clients must pay the applicable fee in full. Fees are collected at the time of booking via our secure checkout system.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may propose a new appointment time up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. imagescheck will confirm availability within one business day.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Retouching and Enhancement Services

Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of placing an order if final images have not been delivered. If you are not satisfied with delivered results, submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery. Approved amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Clients may also elect to reschedule a session within 30 days of the original booking at no extra charge.

4.2 Digital Products

All sales of digital guides, tutorials, and other infoproducts are final. Once access credentials or download links are provided, no reimbursement is possible due to the immediate availability of digital content.

4.3 Physical Goods

For printed photographs and merchandise, orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before shipment at no charge. After delivery, customers may ship back items within 14 days. imagescheck will inspect items we receive and reimburse the cost of goods (excluding shipping fees) within 7 business days of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, images, graphics, and text produced by imagescheck remain the property of imagescheck until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a limited, nonexclusive license to use the final images for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall imagescheck or its contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

imagescheck reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
